About Me
I’m a detective investigating life. My work has appeared in Bright Wall/Dark Room, The Rumpus, Vol. 1 Brooklyn, DIAGRAM, Split Lip, and elsewhere. I’ve also been anthologized in the Best Microfiction series, featured in Memoir Land, and nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best of the Net, Best Small Fictions, and the Wigleaf Top 50 Longlist.
I earned my MFA in writing from Sarah Lawrence College; these days I’m the editor of the Lost/Found imprint at Split/Lip Press, which gives out-of-print books a new home.
As an interviewer and reviewer, I’m especially interested in spotlighting narratives that explore how our connections with art affect the way we perceive and experience the world. My book coverage has appeared in places like Electric Lit, Write or Die, Chicago Review of Books, The Millions, Cleveland Review of Books, and The Rupture.
